Hernán o Fernán Pérez de Guzmán (c. 1377/1379-Batres, Madrid, c. 1460)[1]​ fue un poeta e historiador español.[2]​ Pertenecía a una familia distinguida por sus conexiones literarias, su tío fue el también historiador y poeta Pedro López de Ayala, y su sobrino fue el marqués de Santillana, uno de los autores más importantes de Juan II de Castilla.[2]​
